theres some quickness and technical prowess there that i can appreciate but then the whole flailing the arm thing is one reason i find knifing unappealing

well to move quick you move your hand quick. even with 1.1 sensitivity you can move pretty quick

Did I miss something while watching the vids.....Tim brings a knife to a gun fight and wins most of the time in a very peculiar manner. Knife versus the Voss, Krylov and Baur in a frontal attack and he wins the majority of the time? Damn I need some lessons for sure.

I have just registered to say that vid was a really good one. I have only recently started to practice with a knife and am slowwwly getting better, but it is really hard work.. Just one question - which kit do you think is best - Mr Knuckl goes for recon, I think Mr Slaney goes for assault? I go for recon although my best round (14) was with assault aaaah... I just dont know...

hey flea, glad you liked the vid. that one was more for entertaintment than it was pure ownage. Pwnz3r gets all the props for that one. i started w/ the assault kit so that i could heal myself from all of the bullets that i ingested...and believe me, that was a LOT. as assault, i don't think i ever broke 40 in 1 round. now as recon w/ the long lasting camo upgrade & decoy beacon, i have a ton of rounds over 40, a few in the 50's & my best of 62. so i'd have to side w/ the recon kit (from my experience). although tim seems to have done quite well as medic.

btw, nice new sig slaney. i used to use that exact same one.

havent ever played against you maybe because you play only on nfb and i am not allowed on your servers even though whenever i bring up the server list your servers always crowd the top of the green list pretty annoying

Wasn't there a problem with you jihading? And then blowing the NFBers off here on the forum? Maybe a full apology for your transgressions would be a good start. I got a temp boot off NFB for walker shooting into PAC spawn, and I learned pretty quick to obey their rules. Sorry again NFB.

Though I will say you've been a pretty good Field Boy the last few months on TRR. You're a bit pouty, FB, but I see right through your petty bitterness and enjoy the teamplay. You get a thumbs up from your old buddy Splitz.

Great vids Tim. Actually you're the one who inspired me to go knifing back in 2007 and the vids were a great help to me.

Now I'm not in any way in the same league as you, or other knife pros like shaz, slaney or moose, but below round had a cute number of tags. My best knife round was 38 tags of which infortunately I didn't made an SS. Just for info, this round was being an assault, no camo used.

i went to a cybercafe to play 2142 a few nights ago. Their pcs are much better than what i use at home and I have to say that a high framerate with low latency really helps.
