I have Steady Aim on all of my kits excluding the snipe. It's just better. In fact, I had all of the tools that my kits have at whatever level you get the M4.

Extreme Conditioning is very useful in obj game-types like HQ, where you can often get to a position faster than other people due to the longer sprint time.

I use MARTYRDOM, and i love it. Am i a no skill punk, i dont think so. Last Stand isnt for me, but i sure die from it a lot though, just makes me drill them even more when they fall. I dont play much anything else besides FFA if that sheds any light. More targets=More fun!

Yeah, but it doesn't take a f*ckin' genius to see the vicious circle they're in.

Perks for the strong, perks for the weak = balance :yay:

            Or annoyance, whatever, same thing

Reminds me of a Calvin and Hobbes cartoon with him putting numbers to chewing gum and it means he is having more fun.

I use martyrdom on occasion, some maps like Shipment, I may as well have it as its a crazy BS map. And there have been times like on Countdown that I spawned just to be killed and the guy then gets blown up by my lame assed tactic. But as he was spawn raping who's truly the lamer there?

Its only certain kits I use it with and not all.

It can actually be useful on certain weapons, the M14 and shotgun for example.
I use Steady Aim, it is definitely an advantage perk, as you see I said "lack of sights"... If your in a battle 10 feet from each other, I don't use sights..stupid, so I use Steady Aim to be more accurate and get the kill.

Zooming in takes time. If you are not zoomed in and you get caught off guard, your are probibly dead (especially if you have an m16 or assault rifle). Having steady aim increases your chances of taking someone out in those first few crucial bullets. This is especially true if the enemy is a good player with good reflex times, since they only need a quick moment to take you out.

                    Mmhmm, steady aim, ftw.

Yet I don't use steady aim, hence why I'm always zoomed in most of the time :P

The issue with zoom and CQB isn't time, because you can shoot while zooming and unzooming. The problem is loss of sensitivity and field of vision because of the sight.

Try the sight sometime. Open up, and scope in and out.

And yet so many people cry and cry, cry and cry, cry and cry.... and then they cry some more when they die from Martyrdom. Kind of makes you wonder who the real newbs are, huh?

It really is a gamble. I've on numerous occasions found myself in situations where avoiding Martyrdom is impossible.

I've never really given it a second thought. I usually get my vengeance in the way of dropping down another airstrike, or putting up another helicopter - since all that their grenade did, was stop my streak so I can start a new one.

I can see why people cry - It's unfair that decent gamers should have to die to things that are out of their hands to control. Of course, this game doesn't have to be fair. I never said they're right. I just said I can see why people cry.

I just don't understand the value of these two perks. They really do suck.

Martyrdom is completely fine in softcore since then i can see the grenade indicator and move back. But in hardcore its annoying as hell since theres no nade indicator.

Btw, does sonic boom make the marty nade more powerful?

Extreme Conditioning means more Sprinting and Bunny Hopping, Dead Silence means more kiting and ganking, and Deep Impact means more walling.
                                Thats what I been wondering?
