Anyone can make a video of them killing people, its called put the good stuff in it. They could have shot 100 shots and hit that 1 shot and cut all the other shots out and put that. Those sniper movies are just boring and jsut lame. Yes there are good sniper players,but in matchs and stuff snipers are the worst kit.

As long as ppl master the kit they play with they are not useless.
A good sniper is NOT useless.
A bad sniper IS useless though.

Oh man, where have you been buddy? Check out some videos floating around there - snipers can be highly valuable (and not just for recon)

I have to agree with that a good sniper can make the diff. wheather a team wins or looses. They have a 1 shot 1 kill gun if used right, then the cool clays.

how can a 5v5 prove anything, you can just let your teammates kill everybody. that doesnt prove crap that you can kill snipers. and another thing, snipers arent just good for their clays. if you look at my stats on BFHQ or whatever stats website you use, you will see i have more knife kills than ANYTHING except sniper rifles. there were many times that ive taken out a whole squad with maybe one sniper bullet and the rest with my knife

i will agree that they should require more time to set tough...

if anything i think lots of the weapons in this game are UNDERPOWERED.. like tank shells.. AT rockets for example ..

If claymores in Bf2 would be realistic, the game would be unplayabl since they would be able to kill you from 50 meters...
