I know it doesn't matter but if I do have to buy a new copy and I can prove it was my friend hacking I can force him to buy it.

If you're telling the truth and it really was your friend that got your CD Key banned, then you should pressure him hard to buy you a brand new (un-opened) copy of the game, and you can give him the banned version to do what he wants with (he can play MP on non-Punkbuster servers).

There's a lot of these kinds of posts on various COD4 forums, usually by someone who hacked, so most people are usually suspicious and have no sympathy...but if you really are innocent, your friend owes you a new game, and an apology. But as others have said, you probably won't be able to get it un-banned.

Sorry to hear your luck Misiek. I can tell you with 99.993% accuracy that you will NOT get the ban lifted.

Youre going to have to PWN your "friend" and get $40 or whatever bucks from him.

You can see when the ban was done. You can also check your "friends" computer and see if hacking programs are installed. Im sure your "friend" is quickly removing traces of hacks as we type.

Notice the "friend". Think about it.
