i think being able to join a team is pretty cool.. i dont think i would join a clan though, i preffer to work alone, but thats just me everyones different

there's no I in teamwork. oh and there's no extra E either
teamwork isn't so important if your not in a clan, unless you happen to find a good pub teamwork squad (rare). but in a clan teamwork is very important and usually if one squad on the whole server is using good tactics and teamwork 9 times out of 10 that team should pull out a victory

Team work gives you a victory.

It also makes the game less repetitive.

exactly, ive seen lots of times when im in a squad with some good team players we usually are the thing thats going to decide the fate of the round.

also capturing/defending/assisting flags give you teamwork points and also i think driver/passenger abiliy points go to the teamwork score
