I think that most players have a certain few servers in their favourites and just jump on those. I know I have not looked at the internet server list in nearly a month, just refresh my favourites,
Also you really need a good player number to start with to get it popular enough to keep it filled, no one (most) will join a 1/XX server when there are more full up ones out there =(
mainly why all the clan ones are up top and tv2s are empty compared to bf2 tv2 servers... since they can get 20 or so clan members to jump-start their serversComment

Also have to consider that people sometimes have 5 mins here and there to surf/post on a forum during work or while at home in between chores and stuff, but perhaps not enough time to join and play the game. I know when I play, I like to have at least a good hour to relax and get into it.Comment

I'm usually on it mon-fri if there are 5+ people in it (I check game tracker every so often). I might stop by weekends for a couple min if theres a bunch playing.Comment
