SnyperKitten - Right Click My Computer > Manage > Local Users and Groups > Users > Right Click Administrator > Properties > Uncheck 'Account is Disabled > Click Apply. - May not be visible if the admin account is disabled.

i found an alternate way to enable the vista admin account, but even logged in on that i was told i needed permission to open the file i wanted to open. vista is a great OS in my eyes and this is the first problem ive had with it, but damn its pissing me off :lol:
