Shiny bunker bags?

sometimes I get those shiny sandbags like in the screenshot, and sometimes the sandbags are just brown with no texture at all. I mainly see these on highway tampa so I always thought that they rushed the map and forgot to do a few things

lol nah its happend on a few maps now..and for me their sometimes gold,silver and like u said just a smooth brown texture
