Again, that's where maybe you should think about who you are playing with...scrims may attract the same sort of "win by any (legal) means necessary"-type players. And if everyone has that mindset, that's cool, and you'll all have a good time.

But just be aware that when you play against non-competitive or casual players (which are the vast majority, btw), your tactics will more often than not irritate other players and they will not want to play with you again.

But my point is... why would you not play the way I do if it works... There is no reason not to, and its not even a cheap tactic, its just playing the game.

The vast majority is also horrible at this game... as I've noticed on the killcam in pubs, if you want to be part of that majority, its fine, I'll stick with mine...

Well, I play to survive - so my style is always changing.

However, I play TWL Search and Destroy (Hardcore), so my mindset completely changes while scrimming/matching - I end up turning my volume way up so I can hear footsteps from across the map, I use dead silence, and I'm constantly communicating with my team.

So, I guess to me play-style is all dependent on the situation you're in, and what you have to do to come out on top.

i personally dont because i think the gun is ugly but i just dont like seeing my opponents jump everywhere as it makes the game feel very tacky imo.

But its up to other people to do what they want.

I'm pretty sure the only reason you won't play like that is because you can't.

I never said anything about realism (if I did, go right ahead, post a link to it), you're putting words in my mouth. Then you're arguing against what you said I said; therefore, you're arguing against yourself.

You both paid for the game so play it how YOU want to, just because you see something as cheap doesnt mean the other player cant do it. If they kill you ADAPT and stop complaining.
