It is very simple just select optimal settings and it will do the rest

alright i clicked on the optimal settings but then it said i needed to be the administrater to do that but i am the administrater...??

Right click on the program file select proporties and under the Compatibility tab check 'Run as Administrator'

By program file, I mean the file you need to click on to start the program.

Sounds like your using Vista, I'm not sure if the program is compatible!

no i dont think it is but i am the administrater of the computer shouldnt i run every probram as admin?

Vista has something called UAC to limit the use of administrator privileges. You can disable UAC for certain applications see
