what do you bring with you when you knife?

im not good in knifing so its not mean than this what i use is best but i use camo and apm or camo and ghost (if i expect many SD1 etc)

Clark-IDS is a good combo for me when I knife as I can use the IDS to get the jump on someone when I have the high ground(use a building and parachute off when someone passes you and just knife them in the back), and I have the clark as a backup in case he tries to run/turns around. My rule on knifing is don't knife a guy facing towards you that is moving(shoot them, get a better angle, or just let them pass) or anyone that sees you and will likely be able to shoot you/run away before you can knife him. These things are really judgment calls. This helps to keep up your stealth as well as your kdr as if it is done right, a guy you sneak up on and sees you should be killed before his netbat can track you. Don't worry about just shooting someone if you are not trying to knife a particular person as there will be plenty more enemies to knife.

I used to always go with the defib/med. IDS doesn't really work well for knifing because you might have to do a lot of moving around, and quickly. Active camo is OK, but med pack is where its at.

IMO, you're bound to take damage when trying to do a lot of knifing so you either have the option of dying a lot or being able to escape for a few seconds and recover.

Cloak+Ghost, and Light Armor were used in 2/3 of my "Way of the Knifer" videos, the third used IDS+Pulse Meter and Light Armor.

I prefer the Cloak+Ghost though, as stealth is a bit more helpful than situational awareness (at least as far as knifing is concerned). However thats not to put down the IDS+Pulse Meter Combo, as I have gotten 20+ Tags in a round with it... It all boils down to personal preference.

i use the active camo, with light armor for knifing,

find it easy to run further than those people with heavy armor and the cloak is good to run around peeps so you can knife the person you want, or just get behind them to knife them all :p

yes i take out the knife occasionaly but its usually because stealth will make u live longer than spray and pray ... But i don't enter a server thinking. HMMMMMM TAGS Like Homer on a SHINING mood.
