just note about the video...alot of it was apparently made up i think..like M95 cant really take out a jet

and i agree with Birdkiller in that u dont do calculations in your head when shooting. its all a "feeling", which means u should practice. heres a tip..keep ur left mouse button down after firing so ucan see if u hit your target or not. (ull get a crosshair in crosshair thing if u do)

Ha ha ha ha. Sweet. I'm glad that there are at least SOME educated people on this board. Props to you for knowing what the Coriolis Effect is. And no, it would have approx a 2" real life effect at a few hundred yards. (I haven't seen relative kinematics since last semester and I'm not about to dig my dynamics book out of my shelf to get an exact answer.) It would affect a 2km real life shot, sure, but not ingame.

Well if you've played the COD4 campaign you kinda know about the Coriolis effect, so don't be too impressed.

Well, CoD4 really doesn't teach you much.

Sniping IS about calculation, precision, etc.

            It's not that much calculation.
There are examples of how many pixel you have to aim above your target at certain distance.

Pixel examples aren't always absolute. I have more pixels on my screen playing at 1600x1200 than someone who plays at 1024x768.

^^ yes that's why most of these guides base on a certain amount of pixel.
Anyway, in the end there is bullet drop and travel time, but no wind.
