I have a wireless mouse and the mouse cursor jumps sometimes, it happens very rarely though so it's worth it. I f***** hate cables, they're always in the way so I'd be better off with wireless anyway.

MX 518. I have used it for a long time and love it.
            Two drawbacks:
*Its corded, so the cord may drag. I still prefer it to the randomness of wireless
*It is to small for all my fingers to rest on it, so on occasion my little finger will get caught between the mouse and the pad. That typically happens when I move the mouse fast to aim at somebody.

The G5 is easily the best gaming mouse...the cord on it is like a rope and if you have the G15 you can use those stupid wire slots beneath it. But I never use them as it gives like no maneuverability .

I have a Razer Lachesis, And it has 2 buttons on each side, and then the middle mouse and the normal clicks. I can put up to 7 different things on my mouse for CoD4. Like i have it where my middle is PTT for teamsepak, left for attack, right for sights, mouse 4 for my knife, mouse 5 changes to my equipment (Claymore/RPG's) mouse 6 does my Night vision, and Mouse 7 is for changing of weapons if I don't feel like pressing the number 2. So maybe it's th mouse, but mine allows up to 7, and CoD4 let me program all 7.

Its a 2,5 year old review. I have four buttons and mousewheel click mapped on my mx518 with no problems

                      - MX518
                      - G5
                      - G7

Cordless mice are good, but problems will occur from time to time when the batteries get low, or another signal interferes with them. You can use them if you really hate cords, but if you want closer to 100% reliability, then go with the cord.

I still am using my MX510 (model before the MX518), and it's a great mouse. Several members of my group use the 518, and are very happy with it.

also, any of the razer gaming mice are good also. Cords all of them. Little on the expensive side, and a little weird to get used to, but sooo good.

But it's personal preference. best thing to say, is do some research and buy one.

I used to have the Mx518, GREAT mouse.

I now have a razer, I like it more... not sure why.

G5 here but the only drawback to me is just the one left side button on it, i was so used to one on each side...

G9 FTW, so many DPi choises, perfect for your mood and weapon, also, you can change the weight, AND you get a second cover, you get a REALY cumpfy one, and a less compfy but very very good one for playing looooong games and stuff, perfect for making quick awesome shots!
