trust me it worked most times.. how can you play a teambased game when theres a quarter, if not half your team waiting for the dam jets to spawn... complete waste of time. Thats why i stole it and said play as a team.. never mind im back in this b**ch and on the knife scene again

Maybe he wants them to be removed because they are still overpowered. I certainly feel that I am almost invincible when I'm in the gunship. Hence, speaking from the perspective of an avid gunshipper, I feel painfully overpowered when I'm in the gunship compared to when I'm on the ground.

Thats a feeling though... Compare 2142 Gunships to BF2 Jets. A pro jet pilot can rape the ground, with no easy counter to him. The only way to get him out of the sky is to get another pro jet pilot on your side.

2142, we have the SAAW 86, which is a means for anyone to shoot a gunshipper out of the sky. Even the best Gunship Pilots can't counter two or three SAAWs on him at once

In concept there is nothing wrong with having aircraft in the game, but I have played in too many rounds of BF2 or BF2142 in which I got teamkilled because I was closer to the aircraft than another guy. Aircraft are not too powerful, at least not in BF2142.
