sorry but what is wrong with having new weapons added? Do you think IW are stupid enough to just add a gun, of course not, testing and balance issues will always be sorted before they release it.

The Pancor Auto shotgun would be my choice to be added.

But I think any of the above weapons with the possible exception of the multi round noob tube would be great and as in EA/Dice example, they should be deployed around an expansion pack with more maps.

Considering this game is way better then BF2 (IMO) an expansion pack with those weapons would be a done deal for most.

The thing is, an SA-80 variant would have no real "unique" place in CoD4. It's another 5.56 NATO rifle, it's not a carbine, and it has good accuracy... M16 already has that niche, even if it's not a bullpup.

Exactly why I am just dreaming. Considering that this game is primarily a 'special forces' unit type, there is no luck that any of these will be put in. Although the Navy Seals do use the MP7, and most likely the standard military weapon will be replaced with a variant of an SA80 Assault Rifle.

I just love bullpups, especially L85A1.

New guns are too much plastic, I like classic guns as much as I like classic cars (like American Iron V8's), maybe that's why the AK47 is my fave CoD4 gun?
