No, it's not needed. There's an XP cap of 125,490, and this would just be completely pointless once you're at it. It doesn't even take long for you to reach the cap.

Yes, it should. Maybe a +20 or something. Nothing gigantic, but something to make all the teammates want to take a shot at it.

Though I dont mind the helis and they are part of the game, I do get tired of being one of the few that shoot at it and getting shot from the side by the other team.

well since lvl 55 is the end, even kills and any points from that point is pointless as well. that doesn't still mean it should be unrewarded.
