I believe you're talking about the very last sequence of the last SP mission after the bridge blows up. Very intense, very cinematic. And you're saying the chopper that's overhead somehow through "AI Freak Accident" killed Zachiev and thus "hung" the game since you couldn't compete the mission and trigger the end cut scene?
That's a demo I'd love to see (IW's scripting and editing guys too, probably.) But in all likelihood is one of those one-in-a-million flukes you couldn't reproduce in 100yrs.
