hmm i don't think i've ever used this gun. it's actually the last gun i need to unlock. is this auto or semi or single shot?

It's very slow full auto. Seriously it's like delayed. You can fire single shot so easy with it.

I have had it unlocked for quite a while now i have just never really used it, i dont like the fact that it has challenges but no camo, or unlocks.

It do have camo challenges(typical headshots challenge), but yep, no attachments... it would be cool to have one of those ol' school german WWII sights for it. :)

I tried it out in hardcore and it actually performs nicely as you guys suggested.

I don't like the iron sites that are closed off, like the G36C either...I'm more into the AK and I like the M4/M16A4 despite their sites because they are very open.

I through stopping power in the kit to replace double tap and that has lightened the recoil as well.

In my clan we refer to the RPD as the Laser Cannon, and the M4 as the Laser Pistol.
