now how do i do this :
1. Go to
xxx:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\pb
Create a file called pbcl.cfg as follows:
pb_Sleep 500
pb_system 1
pb_LogToFile 1
pb_SsLog 1
pb_SsSave 1
2. Get win_mtr (google it) and check how much packet loss you have to the game server

i need help with this ?!!!

I think its allready there, just look for it, open it with notepad, then change the settings

ok heres the deal . i was ingame just a min ago and i get loosing key**** message again and i did yestewrday aswell after reinstalling game , NOW it worked fine after i wrote all that in console , so ill try create new textfile and add thoose commands and see what happens , ill be back with feedback

Since i changed my graphics card things have worked for me. Also did'nt the problem come with the 1.41 patch or something?

: iv deleted that file in PB folder,

turned graphix to LOW
and joined inf server and retyped that what kiwi said

NOW the odd thing is :

yesterday my graphix where on FULL
and i was playing hardware


today that didnt seem to work ,


NOW i am going on a hardware server and try to change graphix
theni will probably know what the hell is going on !!

THIS IS STILL WiERD PROBLEM!

and rejoined a server

retyped console syntaxes...

it didnt work !!

that was teh file, i didnt type any extra, so you go that file now from manuall instal of PB?

i remember somewhere , that you can manually take out PB off your game and then re install, i think i did that a long time ago. might be worth a shot i can help find the info if you want.

i have that setup for manual reinstall of only PB


ok heres the deal :
yesterday i reinstalled pb , runed it on high graphix tryed hardware , inf ( nothing i got kicked )
i put graphix on low run hardware , inf ( i got kicked )


after shuting down game reinstalling pb again , since i didnt find Punkbusta B in admin system ( i found it after reinstalling ONLY pB
then i put PB B on run automaticly
then i started game run on low gfraix on inf server and it worked, and i played many hours with no problem on same server, then i deisconected put grapix on high , rejoined same server and it worked...

after that i havent played or tryed anymore ,,,,

ill try more today

OPDATE:

i just found out that PB B is missing again !

so i reinstalled PB manually and it came back again just like yesterday...

I had the same problem with packet loss yesterday for a brief period on COD4. What I did was go to PB main website and downloaded PBsetup exe. You will have the choice to update any game that is PB supported. It fixed my problem right away! Not sure if this was already mentioned so if I repeated someone already I apologize.

every time i restard or turn off PC PUNKBUSTER B dissapear!

now after i install pb manually it comens back! and i autorun it


NOW after i start game it turn off again i think so i minimize the game and activate the PUNKBUSTER B again !

freakin weird, im no PB goo roo at all, i'd write them a ticket & see what they say.
