I dont think so, I dont think it makes any semi auto wep shoot faster...

You can shoot the Deag' as fast as you want to now anyway, not sure how it could be faster.

I think Stopping Power effects them though.

No,pistols in the game are single-shot only

That is classified as Semi-Automatic.

It requires another pull of the trigger to fire another round as opposed to Automatic which does not have that requirement.

Map your mouse scroll wheel to fire and you'll have a near-full-auto pistol (and G3 and M14...) but no, Double Tap only affects full auto weapons. If you read the G3 Lovers thread, a number of us did testing and most of us agreed that DT had no affect on our rate of fire.

These are the only kind that exist:

Automatic
Burst
Semi-Aitomatic
Bolt-Action



So anything that shoots whenever you pull the trigger is semi auto.

And bolt action is shotguns that fire only once then need to me rechambered.

Actually, while swapping between my kits, the one with Double Tap made the pistols fire that tiny bit faster, especially when using the scroll wheel, but it really has only a small affect, and its more prominant on the automatic weapons.

But do you really need the pistols to fire faster anyway?

Im pretty sure DT has no effect on any single shot weapons and that its all in your head if you feel its firing faster.
