Automated Server Ban.....?

While I was trolling the COD:4 site, I found a post about being banned by an Automated Server Ban. The player said that she was threatened by another player, (for some silly stuff) and that he could get her banned if she didn't comply. She claims that the next day she could not login her account,and had been banned for 24 hours. She said that they said her BIO and QUOTE were offensive. She also claimed that the Admins don't research the complaints, just that if a player gets too many, they automatically ban them.

IS this CRAP for real?...................glad I play on-line and NOT XBox. This could really hurt the XBox players.

Sounds like whining to me. With all the twits on Xbox Live, they must get floods of complains and tattletails...if they auto-banned people, there would seem to be way too many. And younger kids are not exactly known for being fair and not ganging up on others.

One thing I have seen posted on the IW.com forums is people threatening others on Xbox Live with bans, sometimes saying they work for IW/Activision.

402 often replies to those saying that those are all imposters, and that stuff like that is never done publicly.

If that girl was suspended, her bio probably did have some garbage in it.

I have cod4 on the 360. I would just like to say microsoft really sucks when it comes to talking to people. I bet the girl had nothing to do with anything. People get banned all the time for nothing. My friend got banned from halo 2 for hacken when i know for a fact he never hacked.

Anyways i would just like to say people really suck at shooters on cod 4 on 360. I mean people really suck. Im just as good on the stick as im am in the mouse and keyboard. I waste people on cod 4. People dont know how to fing get out of my way eather. OMG the 360 is a good gaming system. But for leagues and match and mod the pc is the best. I feel sorry for that girl because i bet she is telling the truth.
