So I haven't played it yet so what's your opinions on the map?

It is kind of weird in a way... why is there a fully-decorated Christmas tree with wrapped presents at the crashed helicopter?

IMO Overgrown would have been a little more interesting as a Christmas map. There is a farm house which would have been cool with lights and lawn ornaments and the snow would have made it look really different.

But, I'm not one to complain about 'new' content. It will be fun to play this map a lot over the holiday!

ps. Vika, don't take it so seriously. :) Half the maps in this game are in the Middle East, and almost all the urban ones. They just picked a popular one and changed it up for the Holiday Season. People get too offended too easily these days.

What we really need is a very open map, a field with a few tree's etc. Guess we might see this around Easter?

It will probably upgrade after christmas

So am i to understand that this map is a permanent fixture? Or does this mean after christmas they will release patch 1.5 which will take away the Christmas Crash?

I just played a few rounds of SAB on this map...after a bit, you forget about the lights, but the night-time setting is wayyyyy cool. Can't wait until this is applied to more custom maps. I really like it.
