is that best they have? or just in remote area? is that even enough to play bf2 online?

ok, so basicly what im trying to get at here is people can point out some things that are not very realistic about bf2, so hopfully i can figure out how to make a mod and make somthing that isnt as large to dounload as PR.
ok ill start it off
- the minigun should not fire 900 rpm, it should fire 6000 rpm, big difference there

- the marines do not use the M24 sniper rifle, it should be the M40A3

- the LAV-25 does not have a TOW, only the 25mm and two machine guns one in a turret and one coaxially like the tank MG. dice combined the LAV-25 and the LAV-AT

You should really thank and be happy with what you have . BF2 is by far the best game in terms of Realism / Fun / Teamwork (all balanced nicely together). If you take a look at other games like ET:QW/COD4/Crysis, and try to play them for 10 minutes, you will realize how good BF2 is:)

It changes, 20 - 50 if I am lucky, but torrents, like the FFOW beta I can get at 300KBPS.

The best they have is the 3MBPS connection, which I have, giving me 300KBPS download MAX.

Its just that some sites suck, and the internet here goes bollocks on me many times.

You should really thank and be happy with what you have . BF2 is by far the best game in terms of Realism / Fun / Teamwork (all balanced nicely together). If you take a look at other games like ET:QW/COD4/Crysis, and try to play them for 10 minutes, you will realize how good BF2 is:)

Random guy jumping into the convo here who hasn't played BF2 for a loong time, but BF2 is not the best game in terms of realism / fun / teamwork, i think you should try Armed Assault, Realism: awesome, Teamwork: awesome, if you play with the right people, Fun: awesome, if you find the right people :).

So are the "bombers" we have now as small as most maps are. On Kubra or Oman its almost impossible to bomb somewhere and not get a kill or tk. Those things are ridiculously powerful against ground targets.

The thing is, a real missle would always just blow the plane up, it' pop out the engine and you have a smoking glider. See if BF2 could just have good "destroyed" vehicle things, this game would not die as quick as it might be.

Realism - BUAHAHA, 6 shots with the G36E and doesn't die? Health Bars? Planes that refuel, rearm without landing? Medics that revive even a shot to the face?

Fun - Nade spam, jet whores... oh yeah full of fun.

Teamwork - Oh please, the best I have seen in a squad is asking for a medic then disappearing.

I am not trying to say COD4 is full of realism (haven't played the rest), it does have its cons (a lot infact), but that statement had to be disproved.

Realism- Yeah well it could be worse ( UT, Crysis, etc) not the point anyway
Fun- Well if you don't find it any fun then play another game dudes it isn't going to be patched again so whining does no good
Teamwork-If you are in a clan and/or find a good server BF2 is actually a really good game for teamwork, but even without that it is still better than the majority of fps games for teamwork (Crysis again/any deathmatch game).
