I kinda got the idea that Last Stand was originally conceived as a normal part of game play during the early stages of the game after watching all the dev videos, etc.

I do agree that it is frustrating to have hunted down your opponent and put him to ground when a P90-spamming teammate manages to get a lucky shot in and kill him. I've never had someone suicide on me though.

It's not about the points anyways, so we should just "drive on" and be glad there's one less "evil-doer" in the virtual world of CoD4. =)

If they did that, it wouldn't be hardcore... :)

What's wrong with it is that you magically have a nade, primed, when you die, as if it's strapped to your body and senses your death, then explodes.

If the perk only worked if you had a nade left, that would make more sense. It would make even MORE sense if you had to have it out when you died, but maybe that's pushing it a little too far. We should have some comprimise.
First off, it doesn't need to make sense as its a game. Secondly, Does it make sense that you can use a perk that gives you a more steady aim? Or allow you to move more quietly? Or a perk that gives you more health than the other players? What about the sniper perk? That lets you hold your breath longer?

At the end of the day, all the perks have their advantages and disadvantages. If you want to moan about one perk, then use the other perks, does that make any sense?
