It really depends on game types. My best all around TDM class so far has been:

P90 w/ Silencer
Deagle
3x Frag w/ Smoke
or
3x Special w/ Stun

If fewer people used the P90, I'd need Bandoleer, but so far, I haven't had any issues picking up ammo for on the battlefield.

Yeah, that M16A4 is a beast! After training myself to use the M14, the M16 is quite a lot of fun to fire. I just setup a loadout to start using the M16.

P90 w/ red dot (infinitely superior to irons imo)

3x stunners
Double tap (would use stopping power but it just feels wrong with the P90)
Steady aim (absolute must for most weapons)

I always stun, then nade, then go into the room and knife/shoot the remainder.

Rarely fails, unless some a**hat won't get out of the way of the door, they really should fix that.
