I call this "HardA55" and I've been experimenting with the M203 with this, but I'm not very good with it; I like the frags more. Here's the kit I get the most kills with.

The M16 works well in there, too. I'm liking the challenge the semi-auto M14 brings, as spray and pray is not possible.

Our set up are quite similar. I opt for the Special grenades x3, though, because I find more tactical use for the stuns than the frags. I can throw one into a room and get two easy bursts for two easy kills.

Steady Aim isn't THAT useful, as I often find myself quickly looking down my sights. I might switch it, see how it works out.

This really owns at close/medium range. I've yet to try the ACOG scope to increase it's range, but previous tests with the ACOG scope led me to believe it sucks. Look at how much damage the AK-74u does in the weapon statistics. More than the AK-47. This setup can kill super fast, but flies through ammo, even with bandolier. Don't expect to get much more than 10 kills before running dry.

If it's a large map (Overgrown or Pipeline), I may use the M4 instead. To be honest I can't stand the M14 because of its recoil. I use the G3 if I need to shoot long range.

The trick with the ACOG is that you have to wait a few fractions of a second for it to align/correct itself and line up with the target. This is the balance they put in for the longer range zoom this sight gives you.

Also, the bullet hits where the red indicator is, and not the center of the screen, right?
Not a few seconds, just a few fractions of a second, whenever you move the sight. You just have to pause briefly (ie. you can't just snap it up and immediately shoot accurately).
Some people have said that it always shoots to the center of the screen when you first bring it up. I'm not sure about that/haven't tried it. Some have put a small dot on their screen with a temporary marker to use it. I'm not going that far.
