It doesn't really matter what mode your in unless your trying to sneak up on it. If I have missile mode up, I still use guns, but if he doesn't throw flares, ill fire a couple missiles down.

Yeah, me too. Because i always get lag spikes when i'm in a jet. Like my game just freezes for a few seconds and no controls work then. Most of the time i crash, because i always get it when i'm flying above the carrier for supplies.

yeah. same thing happens to me. BF2 always quits when I am in a jet. Thats why I only have like 10 minutes in a plane. I prefer I/O servers. Unfortunately I am a Karkand whore.

You sneak up using the bomb mode, but when you fire the MG you switch to missiles and fire them simultaniously(sp?). But MG only is anyway better coz missiles dont see to do a crap to chopters
