How Many Purple Hearts Do You Have???

Just wondering how many purple hearts you all have got.

Zero over 3 accounts, including my noob one. I only played like 10 hours on that one before starting my major account. Recently started another one. Still no purple hearts.

I still don't understand what a Purple heart is for, but I got 1 within my first hour into the game.. karkand IO

a purple heart is basically a medal for dying more than you killed, but it needs to be to the ratio 1:4 (kills:deaths). You must have died at least five times though, so you could get a purple heart if you get 5 kills and 20 deaths, 10 kills and 40 deaths etc.

i think i have one purple heart on my old noob account but i don't think i have one on my current account.

1...except i was trying to get one. it was during that time when all the awards took a rediculous amount of effort (like 1000 pts for lance corporal and 1,000,000 pts for 2nd lt) and i wanted a medal since i knew i wouldnt get any of the other rewards.

I got one... I managed to avoid it for so long! I did get like 23 deaths to 4 kills or something which is WORSE than you need... Then I had to kill one single guy to get some badge so I figured it was worth it.

well since it only shows one, i got one the very first round i ever played, 64 player karkand back in june of 05, never touched single player just jumped right in to the controls against 63 other people.
