Does any have finer perks details

What I want is a list of what the perks do in numbers, eg. how much extra health does Juggernaught give you, how much does Stopping Power increase damage. etc, for all the perks.

Sorry, this game doesn't really give numbers... there is no set health bar, you slowly regenerate health, so you never see numbers. It's simply "Stopping Power is 2 shot kill, without is 3" and so on.

So far. Somebody will eventually take the time to figure out the numbers.

I know stopping power is not a 2 shot kill because I use it with the G3 and its a 3 body shot kill. It might just be that it takes off one hit to kil someone.

I can get 1 shot kills with G3 with stopping power on! Same with the M14, I'm sure there is a list of numbers somewhere in the games coding like:

Perk_Jugg - +5 health or something.

I believe in taking things at face value but man, take a step back and look at the big picture... or course different guns are more or less powerful and take more or less bullets to kill.

You make much less noise while moving around, even while running. So you can get from place to place stealthily without having to crouch or go prone, which slows you down.
