YOU my friend are all out, incessantly, horribly WRONG.

Ever play 1.6? Try doing that lame spray and pray that source pubbers do and you won't hit nuthin'. Not to mention the same in source, especially long range.

I suggest you try it again, Camper.

Choose a section of wall or a poster and move back 25 yards: strafe left and right, jumping and evading an invisible enemy while aiming at the wall/poster. Now stop for a brief moment, shoot and repeat your movement... do that a few times and check the target.

I guarantee they'll be spot-on. When you get comfortable at that distance, you can increase the difficulty by moving back and trying it on the bots.

I played the three years before and a few months after CS Source was released. I basically started around the late Betas...

It was on and off at some point, but I eventually came back and played competitively with, I'm sorry to say, too many clans. That's why I wrote IM/M: I could have easily been Main, but my clans never stuck together long enough for us to make it there.

Since then, I haven't bothered being too "competitive".

Yea thats hard keeping a team together, we usually just scrim, and only a few of our guys ever went into CAL. Its nice and relaxed.

I thought the same thing until I got good, now I get accused quite often, wearing good headphones owns. Atleast I actually don't get banned unlike bf2, they don't even say anything, they just ban

I was getting accused of cheating in one way or another on almost every server I visited up until I decided to stop playing yesterday.

It was f*cking maddening and frustrating: what's the point of improving and becoming an excellent player if accusations/kicks/bans are the only outcome?

You have a point but I don't mean it like that. When scoped in there's no need to move, and of course you have to pause for a brief second when taking any shot - no-scope implies movement.

Use the Scout for instance, movement faster than when holding the knife, but every shot is 99% in, movement or not. You can even jump down and kill people. Try that **** with the AWP.

Back on topic, I have NEVER been kicked by VAC for, well, anything, and haxx0rs come in roughly the same or less amounts as in BF2. Even then, it's hard to tell the difference between a cheater and a normal "6 hours a day since 1999" player.

Wish I could say the same for Bunkbuster.

I know the Scout registers despite movement, but we were discussing the AWP.

I have noticed most players are accused of cheating or exploiting, if their k/d ratio is something like 20+ to 1, no matter what they are in or doing. Case in point, last night/early this AM, WMD- Pudster(on their clan server, Kubra Dam), abusive admin, was getting PWND! by several people on the opposite side, including me. Then started kicking and baning people left/right, SS's were taken, report was submitted. But it seems like, active/in-active admins come back to server, see that one or several people have a nice above avg. k/d ratio, and instantly think its cheating or hacking. Real gamers, dont need hacks or aids, even in a crappy @$$ title.
Ending up with a ratio of 27/3 in 1st round, and 26/2 before I was kicked the 2nd time.
                        ALL on the ground!
