dont a wall hack let you walk through walls or hide in them?

There are no hacks which can do this from the client side. This is exactly the same with "hacks" which will allow you to shoot through walls. Hit detection and bounding is controlled server-side, so it's impossible to make these types of hacks without modifying the server code.

That's not saying it's completely undoable, just impossible without getting your hands on the server.
