In-game buddy system?

Well, I really hope there is one.
It is very useful, especially for recruiting members who don't have similar chat programs.

I so hope they have a buddylist, I hate running outside programs when games are so resource hogging, like TS, Ventrilo, or XFire... XFire will most likely not be supported for a few days... I won't be running outside programs except to maybe decide on a server then shut it off.
