2 second to change weapons

is ther any games that will move as fast as i can manipulate the keys? All these games out totally blow. sure its to make them realistic but I want something that will move as fast as i do. i get anywhere from 80 to 102 fps and my ping is in low 20's please help me .. i bought 2142 but i have a feeling its going to be laggin like bf2 so i didnt install ity.. thnx

Wait... you get 80-102 fps? First i'm pretty sure BF2 limits the FPS to 100. Second, at that frame rate your game should be smooth as silk i.e. lag free. I know mine is. I don't know exactly what may be happening on your system, but i can't think of the last time I had to deal with lag in this game. Anyway, as far as face paced FPS are concerned are you looking for realism or arcade style shoot em' ups?

But why you'd choose what game to play based on how long it takes to get a certain weapon out is beyond me...

Warrock is alright, I played it for a bit, you change weapons as soon as you hit the key so thats ok.

ya im just tired of it taking so long to go from nade launcher to rifle and others etc.. oh ya and the guys that go to prone position while rolling ,, i get killed evry time and i cant figure out how to do it. oh ya and one day i spawn on squad leader on roof across from hotel on karkand and the only way i can figure is he has the grappling hook. the book says you can get it in the assauklt kit and tank kit but its not on my assault onlocks,, however on other maps its there in my toolkit ,, so is ther another way to get on the roofs?

Personally I don't think it takes especially long time to switch weapons in any shootergame. BF2 and BF2142 usually takes as most half a second to switch weapon so I don't get your problem there either.

Also you say you get 80-100 fps with BF2 and it's still lagging? Elaborate please

its not that it lags as it runs bad ,,, it lags like its devoloped more to the realistic side as it would take time to change weapons in real life... i would like to find a game that can function as fast as i can press the buttons

It is not lag it is an intentional delay.
I have never seen an FPS with instant weapon switching, why is it so important to you?
