BF2 is worse than CS. It has all the retarded 12 year olds that 1.6 and source have except that the game is 10x worse. The infantry blows, most maps are terrible, and instead of fighting with 5 nublets for the AWP you're fighting 32 of them for a ****ing plane.

I think Jonny just basically showed us how much of a pure medic whore he is. I think that image with 110 kills is BS. You gotta let us know how many times people called you a hack in that game.

I am a sniper whore and i admit it, I love sniping and yes i get called a hacker every day but it doesnt stop me getting kills, it just makes me lmao when it happens. I was just trying to prove you could get alot of kills iar without hacking.

A good I/O server is [UKSF]24 players 64 size very good admins.

Wow, i seem like the only one who is not really affected by hackers. I mean, on our servers, we get one a week, and he is banned straight away, the commander hack sometimes makes an appearence, but not that often, and again they are usually found out when the server is paused and PB SS's taken. I have only ever seen one person glitching before on a Warlord server.

Maybe i'm just lucky, or maybe your all just over-exaggerating???

Well, I knew this day would come. Thanks to EA abandoning their game and userbase once again, and PB just being a load of crap on honest machines, BF2 has turned into Counterstrike where just about every I/O server has a cheater/hacker in it. I've been playing I/O servers for a few days now, I have seen at least 5 different aimbotters. One night, I saw three in one server. They were making it rain ammo crates and advertising where they got their hacks.

I actually got to chat to one of the cheaters which it appeared as though he was a aimbot developer. He was telling me what the cheat was capable of and by all means, he proved it. He knew which squad I was in even though he was on the other team.

On the 64 player version of Kharkand, I was USMC and decided to see what this aimbot could do. I went on top of the hill on the left side of the map as if I was going to capture suburb. I told the aimbotter to kill me and as he was moving around near the market/train accident, I noticed a few bullets flying past me but his aimbot did eventually kill me from across the map. Pretty impressive.

Punkbuster apparently has no effect on this guy or his buddies. They either have multiple BF2 accounts or they can change their name on the fly or they have some sort of account masking technique. The same guy kept coming back into the server with different names, thats why I say this.

This sucks. How do I know if someone is skilled or if they are using an apparent undetectable hack. While I play in BF2 servers, I have to play as if everyone is a cheater because skill apparently doesn't exist anymore. You either cheat, or you suck, no such thing as skill.

While punkbuster keeps me from joining a server the first time I try to join one, Punkbuster allows people to cheat and use aimbots in servers. Just like any other anti piracy, anti-cheat, DRM technology, The honest folks are punished while this crap doesn't stop the people who want to cheat.

Well, to be honest 9.9/10 when I call someone a hacker he is just very good or got very lucky.
To be honest I have seen maybe 5 people that I am 100% certain is hacking because I can see the movements in my 442 and 31 hours of playtime. Up your playing level dude, there aren't as many hackers as you think. To be honest, with Bf2 aimbotters rarely have a much larger advantage because of the random deviation and ****ty hitboxes.

I don't call somebody a cheater, until they do the fabled instant 180/shot to the head trick. I wish I could turn that fast.

Unfortunately I had that happen today on the )core( server. I left after that. I didn't feel like playing with a cheater, and I really didn't feel like following him around to collect proof. Amusingly enough he was doing abnormally awesome in a tank for many rounds prior to that and I didn't suspect a thing.

If I run into him again later, I'll just ask the admins to take a PB screen-shot and hope they find something.

Stop bitching, it could be a lot worse.

Everything could be alot worse so thats a pretty crappy argument. If they cut off PB support the game would not be that much different. They can detect hackers and such but then people can just make a new account.
