then i got tired of playing extreme good
so i created NEW account and played for FUN ONLY =) ... then after a while i started to play FOR POINTS AGAIN on my new account !!

so that prooves that i am adicted to points =)

Fun... sniping gives hardly any points in Karkand but I enjoy doing it, especially when it's really close quarters combat. If I want a gold star though I always go medic, it's fun competing with the other medic whores on the map.

you just need the right spots and situations to snipe! when done well it can easily yield 20 kills. (without even claymore spamming!)

Fun:) Karkand with less than 32 players is really fun. And so is PR is a different sorta way

Just go play for the dream of "the perfect round."

I camp F-35 all the time, except when serveradmins refuse to have me in same jet again, with them in "their chopper" for about a minute.

I still have left to get my 100-0 in F-35 with both J10 in air, but have made 117-13 on Wake without rape, and with J10 in air for about 60% of the round.

I love respond to the one man yelling "requesting reenforcements," then spotting tanks, helos and jets. Open my map, find the yellow frindely on the map, and go help him. Sweep in, bomb tanks, gun APC and chopper, then chase jets away. All ending with one man getting the flag he never would made without my help.

I know that there have been numerous threads like this one, but not lately though, so let's hear some new and updated opinions.

Me for example, I was playing for points long time ago, but the last year I've been playing for fun only, maybe that's why my SPM is low but I don't care.

I refuse to play medic on Karkand for example if I'm not having fun doing it. I want to play new maps, and use weapons that I haven't used much, that's why lately I play with stock weapons only.

kinda IRONIC VLADe , you flammed me a short time back becaue of my K/D ratio , i belive u said someting like "looking at your stats" well i play for fun, glad u seen the light & caue your stats are perfect like yours dont mean your a Shi**y player, if you wait till you wont die to repair , then u will never repair, if you wait till you wont die to blow a bridge, then u'll never blow one.

I don't play for points, but I do make a conscious effort towards earning the awards. At this point, most things for me are time related (100hr in helo, 100hr as support, etc) so it gives me a little something to work on while I play.

Points don't mean **** to me..

The only thing as far as points, I like trying to get the highest K/D possible. And each round I try to get as high as I can. I don't think like... "Oh I need _____ more points" etc

I just try to set goals for the round.. I get fun out of that. Plus I only pub with my clan mates so it's always fun.

after realizing i need over 25k to get my next rank....i settled for fun. i played sniper for a while getting like 10 pts per round and now im a serious medic. i dont go reviving everything i see, i take it pretty serious and play rounds w/o dying to make it more intense

I remember you Tim, I never said that my stats are perfect, they are just about average if not even bellow average which is what you get when you play for fun instead of points, but I believe you had like 3 times more deaths than kills and that was kinda hard for me to accept even though it doesn't mean much.

I play for fun, but when I start to approach a rank I enjoy it more since I see it as a goal or level-up that I'll achieve soon. 640 points to rank!

no , wasnt quite tat bad, i had 1K/2deaths, was my noob account , i spent lotsa time dying & getting raped with it, so yeah the KD wasnt good. my point was & is, who gives a KRap about the KD, why not just play to win the game.
