I've tried all the suggestions to fix this problem and it keeps coming back. As a coincidence I've been having problems with my internet lately also, slow speeds and now some webpages have to be refreshed inorder to load. I've heard it may be a Microsoft or Mediacom issue.Comment

I'm thinking of pulling my last card out, and that's reinstalling whole windows again.
Seems like a drastic messure to take but if thats what it takes; so be it.Comment
