Open/Close ... ?

look in the boat section in controls, i noticed this, but it does nothing...

Hovercraft possibly? Discuss.

i remember in 1942 you open and closed the landing craft, maybe it was left over.

IT was left in tehre because they were going to add in another type of boat for BF2 that would use that feature but they never got around to it before the release.

i do believe it was left for future mods or expansion packs. theres also a turbo key option for land vehicles.

no that would be clothes off.
and as for the controls, the original plans were to have a hovercraft in the game, it just got left out before the main release. this has been mentioned before, and the most likely reason for leaving it out that came up was to do with problems when putting one vehicle on another, if it were to carry transport etc.
