@GeneralPatton, if it were easily done, I think we'd see a lot more people doing it and then it would be more easily detectable. Do you have linkage for the points hack and "hack servers"? Seems like it would be a pretty blatantly obvious thing to detect and ban/reset for.
Personally even in the high quality video I don't see anything blatant enough to show that he is hacking.
I and many of my old clanmates use a very high mouse sensitivity and our movement can look very erratic at times as well. Although you want see any of us going 150:5 in Karkand, even with teams so uneven as 17:10 as shown in the video.
I also used to use spin and crouch macros in Wolf:ET which were perfectly legal, although I admittedly haven't looked into the possibility of that in BF2. I'm more of a purists nowadays - I don't modify my controls in-game at all.
