Sorry I missed this one directly below, which is also close, so the people who are close but not 100% accurate are:

My guess is that the player is able to see the squad leaders even though they are a long ways away. Maybe this is normal, I haven't really noticed it, but I don't think he should be able to see the squad leaders like that.

at a guess, I'd say it might be a player disguising himself as a member of the opposing team and racking up kills that way

On second look, what's up with his squadmate not showing anywhere on the minimap, but the rank and pointer is there. (look on the right, I don't see anyone in his squad - it's all messed up)

Someone should kick the commander, artying teammate's tank, mutiny!

Yeah, i think it might be that his squadleader isn't showing on the minimap. But of course, i could be talking balls...

Nobody so far has pieced it all together.

The SL has disguised him self as member of the other team,there for he doesn't show up on the mini map?!?!?

The squad leader is either on the otherside, or has hacked the server so he does not show up on minimaps.

Maybe, he appears to be an enemy of his own team on the minimap, so that the opposing side, the MEC in this case, think he his on their side, when in fact he is not.

That make sense?

The flags are all MEC after that first screen. How is that possible? You are clearly USMC you and your buddies (evident by the red bar near the MEC flag). Are the MEC taking all your flags while you are near them?

He's on USMC, at least on the second picture. He's next to a MEC flag and the "flag-capping dial" is still red. Thus, he is American.

Mabye this is part of it?

Is he f*cking around with squads? Some guy joined my locked squad once and started hollering **** on VOIP, I lol'd and kicked him.

my guess is a no fog hack, because i dont see alot of fog in those shots, but then again its hard to tell with the tiny *** images PB provides. could even just be a normal shot of a non hacker like someone else posted before. we have noticed that hackers screen shots are usually pretty distorted and make it hard to see/prove anything and the average player not hackin screenshots come out perfect, but then again it could also be the other way around, because alot of the major hacks advertise being PB-screenshot proof thereby either sending a perfect screenshot with no evidence or distorting the image beyond recognition covering up the hacks. anyway care to tell us, or are you waiting for this thread to become stale?

In the second pic you can see his squad leader icon ahead of him but in the bottom right corner it shows a green rank and an arrow pointing towards the squad member thats in a vehicle behind him. Doesnt that only show for squad leaders and not squad members? You can see something similar happening in the first screenshot also.

hmm wait, i just read the posts that you say are close. with that in mind, there is a glitch in the game that particularly happens to server admins force switching teams using bf2cc while the server is trying to auto-balance and put you on a diff team. when the server switches you and you switch back with bf2cc and spawn as fast as possible before being switched again, either 1 of 3 things happens, and all I have experienced personally. 1 you actually make it onto that side and everything is fine. 2 your game crashes to the desktop. 3 (which is extremely rare, but it does happen, has happened to me twice in the year ive been an admin of a server. ) you make it onto the other team as desired, but something is not right..all the tags of people on your team are enemy, and you can shoot and kill them and get points for it. but people on the team thats suppose to be enemy are friendly and you cant hurt them. and both sides cannot hurt you. again this is not a hack, but a glitch that happens on rare occation while using cc to force switch to the opposite team while the server is trying to balance itself. *EDIT* guess i should also add that in theory both teams not being able to hurt you should/would only happen on a "FF=OFF" server.
