Who plays 2142?

Rank doesn't mean anything. No, not to me, to anyone. It indicates how long a person has played the game with that account, and nothing more.

I'd like a good pilot to fly the plane. I don't care if he's a private or a 4 star.

odds are someone with an officer rank would be a better pilot then a private. If rank means how long you've played the game then it does matter because of the experience factor.

Odds are someone with an officer rank would worry only about bombing the carrier on Wake and ignore the rest of the teams pleas for air support.....

I like playing commander, so if I want to win I'd like to have higher ranked players on my team period, rather than some privates and corporals. It's a common sense, probability, whatever you wanna call it.There are some exceptions where noob players do just fine, but that's not the general case. What are the chances that noobs will be better? 10%? 20%? 30%? I'd rather stick with the remaining %.
