If so, you haven't played any SF yet. It isn't enough to install it you must play it and score at least a point on a ranked server before you can get SF unlocks. If that's not you, what is your BF2 name?

U NEED TO HAVE SF TO GET ANY OF THE SECONF TIER UNLOCKS,

there is your answere, use the godam search button, mod deleted this thread now, cos he has his answer

Or have a friend with SF log onto your account and play SF after which you will get the unlocks.
