None of my awards/stats appear in my BFHQ

I'm fairly sure I'm playing in the ranked servers but none of my awards or stats are appearing in my BFHQ.

Am I playing in the wrong servers or am I supposed to leave the game in a particular way or what?

Help please?

They still haven't appeared.

Although after a game, do I have to wait until the next one has loaded completely or not?

If not, any other ideas?

Some times you have to wait a while for your stats to update

Play a few different servers, some servers update slower then others. If you play a few and by time your done there is still nothing there in BFHQ you know ur prob wasnt fixed with the patch.

The patch did make the battle statistics appear after battles,
Because they didn't before,
But still nothing is in my BFHQ.

Maybe I'm just doing something wrong at the core level?

How do you know which servers are ranked servers,
And do you have to sign up to the sites that sponser each server?

The servers that appear in the listings with the corporal rank beside them are ranked servers.



I usually have Ranked Servers checked in my filters to make sure I only join ranked.

It's stored online. And it's probably a server problem.

Try contacting EA if no stats are in BFHQ.

In the actual game, when you press tab, do you see an updated rank beside your name? Does your rank in-game show up in BFHQ?

The rank hasn't updated in-game either

You don't have to go to the website of each server and sign up there or anything do you?

Nope.

It might be a client issue with your computer also. I still recommending emailing EA support or calling them.

I think my in-game rank may have updated,
As its a single arrow not the crossed guns.

But I can't remember seeing the notification in-game of when I upgraded.

Seriously, I'd doubt anyone on this forum can help you with this issue. I really recommending calling EA Tech Support and explaining to them what the problem is.

I had a hard time finding their number, but I fond it eventually. Their number is in my sig. :)
