We ban them off ours yeah then they are reported to a group called punksbusted.com hes then banned off about 900 servers there are currently over 6,000 people banned just on BF2 on those 900 servers.

I think that all the maps EXP wake, have too much fog and dust but its just something you have to live with.
If it was like the screenies you would have too far ahead to look out for and other players could see as far as that too,you would be getting capped all the time from 700M.
So IMO you can't win,you want to see more but you will get capped a hell of alot more too.

I love how so many people get PB banned, It serves them f**king right, I'm not the best player at BF2, I hate getting my *** kicked by anyone yet going to find a hack to be able to kickass is not worth it...

I'd rather just play and have more fun, What fun is it to think your invunerable, To see were the enemy is and allways see what they do, It's no fun at all.
As you can just camp and MOW them down while being support or you can go after them, Imho all cheaters for BF2 suck dog poo.

I would like the IP: address of your server please coz you guy's seam to keep on top of the hackers,where i normaly play,it has become a joke and has been for some time now,what with all the skilled players.
I can't play a round without seeing at least 5 people better than me,as am very good in spotting then.

even if he wasnt hacking but he altered core gaming files and should of known better. thats enough for a pbban every time,...thou shall not alter core gaming files......

first off, the guy with the pbss with the pbcl.cfg info showing isnt even on the pbbans list, the pbbans link that scinto posted is of a different guy with different cd hash that was caught using the commando.exe hack

creating a pbcl.cfg file is in NO way altering CORE gaming files, it has nothing to do with altering the game at all, its NOT against PB, its NOT against ANY rules ANYWHERE

I used it when I had a problem, I took it out when problem was solved because all the text is distracting

if you want to see what it does BEFORE you pass judgment.....

1. Open note pad
2. Copy and paste this :

pb_MsgPrefix "PunkBuster Client"
pb_Sleep 500
pb_LogToFile 1
pb_SsLog 1
pb_SsSave 1
pb_logMD5tool 1

3. save as pbcl.cfg
4. put in here C:\Battlefield 2\pb

now go into a ranked server and read the text in the bottom left corner, if you missed something that passed by to fast, then go into the pb folder and look at the log, it tells you everything that pb is doin and to who

its NOT illegal, and it WILL NOT get you kicked or banned

at the MOST it will do is draw attention to an admin that DOESNT KNOW ANY BETTER

I just dont understand why people use hacks. I was once one of the worst players ever yeah i know some people dont like stats here but lets refer to them for 1 sec. If you cant play the game atm and think hmmm ill get some hacks then look at me about 10-12 months ago i had a KD of about 0.5 and accuracy of 12&#37; im now on same account and ive pulled that up to 1 KD and 22% accuracy. I use to use unlocks because i thought they were better than stock weapons, i was wrong yeah i mostly get defeated by people using unlocks but i can now kill most with them using unlocks and me with my stock. The way i have improved is by not using unlocks, and having a decent clan around me where i can picked up tips and worked together. Im just saying for the people out there who are sitting there thinking hmmm hacks that might improve my game, no it wont just keep playing get in a decent clan and you will get there!

Yeah there will be hacks in most other games thats why people like me and many others about 51,000 on punksbusted are registered and we have our servers streaming. Im not having a server full of hackers we pay for the server to have fun and not to be annoyed by hackers. Heres to all the people like me who send in reports about them :salute:

well you still dont make sense, you posted a link to a pbban that someone got for having a MD5Tool Mismatch when he used the Haxing4Life Commando.exe hack.......thats what you posted, but what does that link have to do with bob005's question of whether or not Chemical{J} is hacking??

I could see if you linked us to pbban for Chemical{J} as he is the guy with the pbss in question.

That's not a hack. You can make it way that when you kill someone through localization files. If you think he's hacking, take more pb ss's.

What is shown in the screenshot COULD be shown with localization files.

look localization files, i never agreed with the PB SS, when Xodus says it wasnt a hack and that someone could have messed with the localization files i gave a PBBan link for reference
