ha ha ha... thats funny as hell:laugh:

1st thing i do (besides checking my tail every 5 secs) is pull up until im parallel with land but upside down... then spin 180 and pull up to do a loop so eventually u should end up low to the ground in the correct position and have the other jet in ur sights somewhere.

ive attached a rad as jpeg that ive just put about 5 minutes into... (note the awesome photoshop skills) but this illustrates what i do when some fool locks on to me

You can actually avoid missiles in the f35 you know and it works 100% of the time once you have tried it a few times.

hmm mine is to usually keep looking at rear cam every once in a while to keep track if any jets are behind me.

My first maneuver is usually to pull up either left or right whichever is the same direction the attacker is coming from ( they come from the left and I pull to the left , etc ) not so much as the one Putney drew but more of a 1-2 seconds only and do a 180 flip so I would be inverted and then I would just keep pulling up and mixing up the manuevers while looking at the rear cam constantly to readjust and get behind them

So far this has been the most effective way for me to which I would lose an attacking plane instead of the whole pull up or down manuever which is very common for most inexperienced pilots. - The more you keep going in a similar pattern the more the jet behind can compensate the speed and be able to use machine guns

                - What ever may be missile locking you , you should always look at the rear cam to see if theres a missle following and save up the flare till one missle is atleast halfway between the enemy and yourself

                  Look behind and crash.

                    F-35 = Eject

All other planes i do a half back flip, and when im at the top, i do a 180 barrel roll and do a reverse loop. I head towards the ground, and bank 90 left just before hitting the ground. The other pilot either crashes or pulls away fearing death.

If im being chased by an F-35 i just do a constant backflip until he goes away. The missiles fly away and since he is doing a loop as well, its very hard to hit me with guns.

Right for every one that thinks the f35 is crap tell me something, what speed does the missiles travel at? and how far do they go?. Then how fast is my f35? and how far can it go?, the answer is faster and further than any missile so in the f35 i just fly straight.

Fly straight and your toast. Your probably thinking of the F18 which dodges missiles easily.

I tend to go into an "S" loop, it works all the time in my experience.

When you get a lock on, go into you loop. When your plane is horizontal with the ground, barrel roll 180d (so you're now the right way up) and do the same again. Go into another loop but this time when you come out of the loop to barrel roll, don't go into another loop, but fly out of it.

You can normally confuse the enemy this way and, if your lucky enough, find your enemy before he finds you first.

You can try outrunning missiles in F35 only above 800 with AB :) However, controlling it becomes very hard

But most likely you will get a lock below 300-400 and if there is a competent pilot then by the time you get to 800 you'd be dead :)

Jet Doesn't matter... If Im flying and it gets hit I bail. Im not a pilot anyway but its fun to mess with on low population servers.
