AFAIK some servers record some rounds while some rounds just get quened I dont know why.

The stats server issues should now be addressed, we've so far seen this externally confirmed by both players and the ranked server teams as well. Having said that, I saw a few reports of SF medal issues occuring prior to the general stats issue.

If you are still finding that your SF medals aren't being recorded then if you could post details of your particular issue here that'd be appreciated and something we can look into.

Well since it appears to be a wide spread problem, I don't think you should be focusing on individual instances.

For me personally, my SF hasn't updated in any way since the outage. I have received vanilla medals while playing on SF servers and they have updated. But any SF medals received do not. The SF medals just keep being awarded in-game, but never show up in the stats - to date, I have received the expert sniper badge 8 times.

Ive played SF only on USF server. I actually made tests with my old second account that didnt have badges. Played few hours and got all of the basic badges for different classes.

Then I got also the pretty equal "Specialist" basic badges, they did NOT record but the normal badges did.

Also it doesnt update the usage amount for grappling hook / zip line etc. I got badges for them also but they didnt record. Also look the army time, it doesnt record for SF either. But the other times do record, map time and theater time.

As you can see, the score updates, kills, deaths, acc. etc., but not the SF stuff.

Thats all I examined from that account for 'details'.

i've received basic sniper a couple of times aswell as grappling hook & zip line badges!
points are added but not badges

Likewise....got the basic engineer and spec-ops badges in a couple rounds on Surge, but all that came through were my points and a silver star. :hmm:

It certainly appears that SF badges, ribbons and medals are not updating. Neither is time on SF maps. C'mon EA fix the SF specific update problem!!

I can see my Global Points, Win:Loss, Weapon Stats, Kit Times change. But I do not see my army times change. I do see that my win/loss does change with armies, but just not the time. I'll double check, but that is what I am noticing. If there is a way to look at my account "44122828" then you will see a large lull in playing SF till June 9th. After that, I had a lot of activity as I was on vacation. Statisitics could show if or not I gained any army time on the EA servers because I it would show a flat line from June 9th till 15th if I had not gained any army times, as that is the only time I have played this month. I know that the TCS server is updating the EA stats server, as I do get regular points.

Also, are we seeing the same problem with EF/AF stats also? I can hit up the UTAC server and see if I have any changes there also.

AF is definitely updating fine for me. EF I'm not sure about, I'll have to double check.

Oh shoot, I see what you are saying now. Damn, and I spend 16 hours playing SF this weekend. Arg! I can see my w/l and points changed...but not my army times.

ok so what your saying is you played a game for 16hours not cause of fun but for stats?

AF is definitely updating fine for me. EF I'm not sure about, I'll have to double check.

My EF medal time has been frozen for ages. 19:37:41

Should have another 5 to 10 hours on there.

Guess should just play vanilla BF2.

Whoa, don't be pulling me into that whole stat argument bullsh**. I love my "statistics." There is an excel spread sheet on my desktop that shows just my weapons proficiency going back to July 2006. How accurate my shots are and what my k/d is with each firearm. I am the type of player that wants to know if I am really doing a spray&pray or getting good bursts in a face.

But I am denoting that I am not seeing my time coming in. I am sure as hell not a point whore, as I have barely played medic since maybe February of 2006 (and when I do play it, is because I picked up someone's kit for a revive and I loose mine).

Yes, I believe stats are a good thing...but it is all about how you use them. If I were a ****ing stat whore, I would be glued to the PC everyday and be a damn general right now. If you want to go look at my stats, you would see that I have been very eligible for my Expert Repair and Expert Pistol for the longest time...and do I have those shiny jpegs? No! So, go back to your other rant threads, as I am on the middle of the fence about the whole stats thing.

My last SF award was given at the end of May, and i have not received a bronze, silver or gold since and I have earned pleanty of them. Global points are going up but no awards are have been given in SF or BF2.....Sigh

jesus is right, don't put me in that stat whore category. Get it right next time and get off your soap box. We have heard it enough already. I have found that most people that play on SF are not point whores. You might be thinking of Karkand, and not everyone on here plays that evil sinner map.

none of my special forces army times have updated in over a month nor have earned medals for SF and i still show 0 playtime on highway tampa even though its all i play.

you guys still have some very serious issue associated with stats, army times and medals, to be perfectly honest the whole system is still very fubared and its definitely not very reassuring that you dont even know about it or think its all been fixed.
