I dont think SF is dying i play TBU Ghost Town I/O or Germania Ghost Town I/O and most of the time these servers are full.

I haven't played Vanilla yet, still trying to get my general bearings back in the game before I go mass competitive again. Right now, I just go to different servers, play a round, then again if time allows.

Check out The22Regiment server. Its brilliant, and EwrinRommel, one of the top 10 bf2 players is on regularly.

I can't believe the posts that say "I just bought it for the unlocks". That is just sad. I can understand the people that play someone else's account to get the unlocks turned on for them or because it is a little too laggy on their machine, but to just let the game sit on the shelf?

I find it hard to function in Vanilla now without my Grapple Hook or Zip line. Hell, in vanilla you pick up a dead sniper kit just to deploy his claymores before picking back up your medic kit and move on. But with SF, you pick up a sniper kit or spec-op kit to deploy their Zip Line to a remote wall, then use your grapple to get over a building, totally by passing the enemy.

SF is the best game for teaching out of the box thinking to flank your enemy and catch them with their pants down.

I can't find any really good Mass Destructions, but the ones I have played rock. SF is way better than vanilla to me; its just bf2 with more stuff and cooler maps. Only problem is there are no jets.
