No, I'm talking about the Official System Requirments that Crytek released. That is what I am basing my assumption off of.

Most of the time, the recommended requirements are what you should be guaging at. Most companies BS the minimum requirements for games. Usually you have to turn the settings to the lowest of the low, then turn off all effects, up the picmip, etc through the console, then you're looking at around 30fps. My PC is supposed to eat Doom 3 for breakfast according to their requirements. It doesn't and it's a tuned *****.

My computer will handle it fine...:)

Ram: 2 gig Patrtot 6400 DDR2 Over Clocked
MB: Nforce 590 SLI

I'm not looking for to hight FPS, as long as it is around 25 or 30 and I will be fine. As long as I can play without lag...lol.

After playing the Halo 3 beta on a native 1080p screen I'd have to say the game looks gorgeous. Sorry to those who waste all of their available resources on PC hardware and have nothing left over to enjoy gaming on a larger screen.

Honestly, if you thought Halo 3 looks bad you're expecting way too much. Halo has always had a much different art style and feel to it. It's not going for a nitty gritty real world look.

Have any of you Halo 3 haters seen the E3 trailer?

i don't know about you guys but those screenshots don't even look that great...2d plants, no grass just a texture, and i noticed that in one of the shots the sun was shining through the trees in one spot and it had that circular look about it, but in every other area it was shining through the tree is didn't have the circular look(http://screenshots.teamxbox.com/scre...62242/Halo-3/). It's also very good to know that after years of fighting, MC's armor still has not taken any damage at all...not even scuffed. Overall the only thing that truely makes Halo 3 not just a port of Halo 2 to the 360 is the improved graphics and Anti-Aliasing on the people. I mean look at this screeny, the characters look like they're from oblivion, and everything else in the background looks like it's from BF2 or an older game like that. But that's all i'm going to say on it for now.

Yeah, and I'm sure you're enjoying those resolutions with at least 4x AA and 8x AF thrown in as well. You're also playing on a monstrous 22" monitor or something, too. Am I right?! :yay:

From what you've posted you haven't seen Halo 3 in motion, nor have you played the Beta. Since this is the case, you make yourself look like a complete fool. I've watched the E3 trailers in HD many times and I'm still amazed at how great this game looks. Even the Beta looked great, and that's only a small portion of the multiplayer.

It cracks me up how all of you critque a game's graphics like this when we're posting on a BF2 website. It seems like most of you who have a poor outlook on this game don't even own an Xbox 360 or care to. So, please, do us all a favor and STFU! Thanks!

Looking at that screen, the trees do look ****ed up.
Halo might be good on a console, but when it comes to PC gaming, it`s a joke, on all fronts.

I am the opposite. I hate Halo on console but its not so bad on PC. I actually like it.
