iv been playing in some server and seen players jump and shoot with the anti tank

i would like to know can you do this with out hacks or cheating i have asked them how thay do it but there just not saying

same thing with grenades.

pull the pin then jump, if you're fast enough it looks like you're jumping with the grenade (same thing with the AT)

I like to pop-up, fire, and get back down behind a barrier, but you can't actually jump and fire in mid-air. No one can, least not since a couple patches ago. If thats what you are seeing, then it could be a macro or something, but it is not a 'normal' part of the game. Its possible to fire, and then very quickly jump, which could appear to be jumping and firing. But, that doesn't work too well.

it has to do with the BF2 lag goodness, hitbox lag etc, like you may see someone jump to prone and be firing their gun at the same time all the way through the air, but really they jumped to prone and then fired the gun when they hit the ground, your just seeing a slight delay in the animation, my own clan mates have bitched over Vent about wtf how do you shoot while jumping, yet i know i hit the ground first, just not on their end, kinda like running around a corner going ten feet and still getting wasted by that apc, on your screen you were clear, your hitbox was not.

i agree, they could have just pooed out your accuracy big time when jumping, but no they get rid of it all together, then they fvck it up by making you get stuck when you go prone half the time only to get sprayed with bullets from the side as you smash the space key.

thanks for the help . i get it now but yep jump and shoot ..

the hit boxs are cr*p on bf2 iam with you on that one also i dont like how tanks apcs shoot thought the walls ect ..........

no... no they didn't, well not for me anyways, its the people that couldn't adapt, mind you it looked silly with all the divers, it looked like seaworld at the karkand hotel, but they were still good times, the freedom of movement they completely ruined.
