Re: Sniper Help
I too rarely used the SVD, but decided to give it a try - it's actually a pretty awesome sniper rifle. And while it does take 3 hits to kill, I've found you can crank off three rounds well in the time it takes you to fire two from the other sniper rifles. It's also quite helpful when you're in a close combat situation.Originally posted by Drifterboy View Posti am some times a 1337 close combat sniper, and i HATE the SVD it has to be the worst gun ever i used the L96A1 and i have had people having a cry cause they think i am a hacker
That said, I've developed a recent love of sniping guys out of their helicopters and have been using the Barrett quite a bit. As far as I'm concerned, that's got to be one of the most devastating kills you can make - you can almost feel Jimmy Chopper Whores excitement as he runs up to the waiting bird - he hops in, probably even has the beginnings of a little boner he's so excited, the engines starts to spin up and BAM HEAD SHOT.
Gotta love it.

kinda suks though i've been there & just before i pull the trigger , get capped by enemy from behind or plane or whatever, thats the worst i think.
L96 is the rifle to have, for close i like the M95 cause its got lotsa thump. but a headshot of the L96 & you dont need to worry about reloading fast:shakehead:

Re: Sniper Help
Anyone whos been on the bad side of the j10 (especially from the f35b) can't say they don't get some satisfaction by blowing them out of their cockpits after they tk'd 9 time for the jet.Originally posted by Oli View PostHere comes Eddy with 'How to camp J10's'
I watched a guy use c4 to kill 2 teammates then shot another as he came to wait for the jet, I loled when I shot him out.
