I am. It's funny that people keep complaining about it (the lack thereof) when this map is made purely for armour.

It looks more like Highway Karkand though.


I find it funny that they call it "BF2 Map Pack 1", probably the first time I've seen "pack" used as a singular noun...

I look forward to eating a pack of a potato crisp. A pack of a hyena. A pack of a map? Wow.

I do really enjoy gunning in attack heli's and I think I'm quite good with the TV missile, but I do realize that two attack helis in this map would completely destroy it...

You could literally just go on a rampage with a half-decent pilot and rack up 100+ points every game... its so flat and open there'd be nothing but that lone AA @ the refinery (unless there's another one somewhere) to stop it...

I've just answered myself.
It's nice, and enterntaining, i killed lotsa tanks and some hellos good land defense points. It's an interesting map, but the pesky Intel propaganda on the description, on the map image... and those advertisements... blergh!
Other than that, a not bad map, for tankhunting and tanky things.

Yep, you could do some nice plane and helo hunting with them. They are important, for example, to do an armoured group, supporting your tanks. What i did. Again, not bad map for teamplay. :)

Actually once you shoot a copter out of the air with a tank, the shots just keep getting easier.

only problem i have is i run ona 5500 fx so far away tank silhouettes are harder to see.

it will autoinstall,just extract to desktop then run it,no u dont need the beta.

anybody read the map description where it said something about" a convoy of Intel technologies"? i thought it meant intel as in INTELLIGENCE like spies and crap so i was confused as hell when i saw all the Intel computer billboards.

Just played that stupid map for the 1st time today. I was boycotting it but the server I play on kicks me when that crap comes in the rotation and I dont have it.

It is not as bad as I thought, it is different from every other map. But still a piece of s***.
